About the Role: As News Editor, you will have a central role in the editorial office. You combine leadership with working as a reporter with high productivity. You will drive both the daily work and long-term development. You will: Work as a reporter and write articles yourself Coach, support, and develop reporters in their work Drive the development of our journalism and content Lead editorial planning and conduct meetings Have oversight of the news situation and editorial work We're Looking for You If You: Have several years of experience working at a local newspaper Are a sharp journalist with a strong news sense Have good knowledge of municipal coverage Are skilled at finding angles and clarifying what is important for readers Are a confident and communicative leader who can develop others Have an easy time collaborating and building trust We Offer: A developmental role on an engaged editorial team where you have significant influence over content and working methods – and where your journalism truly makes a difference in people's daily lives.
