We're seeking engaged people for LSS Group Homes during summer 2026 We work to ensure that adults with functional variations can live as independently, stably, and meaningfully as possible. With us, you'll have a meaningful role where you: Support, motivate, and guide our residents in their daily lives to strengthen independence and participation. Plan and prepare activities and services based on individual needs, daily disposition, and routines (e.g., cleaning, cooking, shopping, hygiene, outings, and hobbies). Contribute to safe transitions in daily life (e.g., between activity/rest, home/work, staff changes). Work with pedagogical tools such as visual supports, social stories, and structure-strengthening strategies. Collaborate with healthcare personnel (nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist) and perform delegated tasks, including medication management. Document digitally according to current guidelines. We work closely together and need to be aligned regarding routines, approach, and planning – always with the user's best interest in focus. About the Work Many of our residents do best with clear boundaries, established routines, and good planning. It's therefore important that as a temporary staff member you're comfortable working in a structured manner and that you see the value in what sometimes might seem like "the little things": creating predictability, reducing stress, and helping the person succeed in their daily life. Work hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends. During daytime, evening, and nighttime in the form of sleeping on-call shifts. Work shifts are scheduled and vary depending on the workplace and service. For some group homes, we're also seeking staff for awake night shifts. Qualifications You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Have the ability to communicate and work according to people's different needs and circumstances Requirements Category B driver's license for certain services.
