About the Role As an administrator in land and permits, you will have a central role in our projects. You work closely with the team and are responsible for creating structure, coordinating activities, and ensuring that work flows efficiently. The work is characterized by close collaboration within the team, while you independently drive your own matters. You are responsible for maintaining an overview of status, deadlines, authority contacts, and next steps, and ensure that work progresses in a structured manner. Planned start date for employment is mid-September. About the Company SKK AB is a growing company based in Boden that works with forestry, land, infrastructure, railways, power grids, and permit issues. The company runs projects and assignments from Stockholm and northward across the country, with a large part of operations located in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. With several exciting projects underway, SKK AB is now continuing its expansion and is therefore seeking more team members. Your tasks will include: ● Handling and administration of land matters ● Work in GIDA/GIS and map systems related to power grids and land issues ● Documentation and structuring of project information ● Authority contacts ● Handling agreements and permit issues ● Coordination between different projects and ensuring that efforts occur at the right time and in the right order ● Contributing to creating and maintaining effective processes and structures The work is characterized by close collaboration with colleagues, authorities, and other stakeholders, but each employee is responsible for their own projects and matters. You maintain an overview of status, deadlines, and next steps in your work, while collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge within the team. The most important thing is that you have the right personality and drive. Experience from the power grid industry, land and permit issues, or related fields is an added bonus. Meritorious Experience: ● Work as an administrator in the power grid industry or other administrative roles (particularly meritorious) ● Land, encroachment, or permit issues ● GIS or map systems (e.g., GIDA) ● Administrative project coordination ● Previously worked in the electricity industry as, for example, a planner, preparer, or similar but now wish to take on an administrative role At SKK AB, you will be part of a unified team where collaboration with colleagues, personal responsibility, and flexibility are in focus.
