About the Position We are a rapidly growing company and are now establishing ourselves in more locations across Sweden. As a facade & roof maintenance technician, you will work with cleaning, treatment, and maintenance of the property's exterior, primarily facades & roofs. The work is performed with specialized equipment and gentle methods to ensure the highest quality and long-lasting results. Your Profile We see that you have good physical fitness and experience with roof work or equivalent experience. A person who wants to contribute with energy, ideas, and commitment. You are responsible, meticulous, and enjoy physical work. You are flexible and can work independently as well as in a team. Qualifications & Qualities Driver's license category B is required. Good physical fitness with no issues working at heights. Ability to work in a structured and efficient manner. There is frequent customer contact in this work, so it is important that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Previous experience with similar work (e.g., construction, painting, property maintenance) is a merit but not a requirement. We offer comprehensive in-house training.
