This role operates within Operational Technology (OT), where IT infrastructure is used to operate and secure industrial processes in an operation where availability is business-critical. Your task is to contribute to stable operations and development of our production-related systems. You work closely with operations and become an important part of strengthening our technical environment within networks, servers, and security. This includes, for example: Operation, development, and maintenance of networks, servers, and client environments IT security work related to production-critical systems (e.g., patching, segmentation, and monitoring) Troubleshooting and incident management in close collaboration with operations System and hardware lifecycle management Documentation of networks, systems, and solutions Participate in and, if needed, lead projects within production, digitalization, and cybersecurity Collaboration with suppliers, integrators, and internal departments With us, you work in an environment where technology, teamwork, and continuous development go hand in hand. Qualifications We are looking for someone with an IT background who wants to take the step into an industrial environment – or who already works at the intersection of IT and production. To succeed in the role as Network Engineer, we believe you have: Post-secondary education in IT, or equivalent work experience Practical experience working with networks (e.g., switches, firewalls, VLAN) Good system understanding and troubleshooting skills Experience with Windows Server/clients and virtual environments (e.g., VMware or equivalent) We know that few people know everything from the start. It's a plus if you have experience with any of the following, but not required: Work in production-related or industrial environments Understanding of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, or similar) Certifications in networking or IT security Personal Qualities We place great importance on your personality.
