Night Receptionist for Hotel Operations We are looking for a responsible, service-oriented, and independent night receptionist for hotel operations. The role is perfect for you if you are comfortable working night shifts, have good judgment, and feel confident taking on significant responsibility during shifts where you often work independently. As a night receptionist, you are the hotel's face to the outside world during the night hours. You are responsible for providing guests with professional and welcoming service and ensuring a safe, secure, and smooth stay. Responsibilities - Check-in and check-out of guests - Management of bookings and payments - Ensure compliance with the hotel's fire safety, security, and procedures - Handle guest requests, wishes, and any unforeseen situations - Contribute to maintaining high service standards and a positive guest experience The position is based on night shift work and may include weekend shifts. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we would like to see that you have: - Experience from the hotel industry, for example as a hotel receptionist or in a similar guest-facing position - Alternatively, experience from other service-oriented professions where customer service was a central part of your work - Education in hotel, tourism, or hospitality is advantageous - Good computer skills and ability to work with various digital systems - Experience with booking systems such as Mews, Opera Cloud, Hotsoft, HMS, or equivalent is an advantage - Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous - Criminal background check with no remarks
