We're now looking for a night receptionist to join our fantastic team at Kosta Boda Art Hotel. Kosta Boda Art Hotel is a unique design hotel in the heart of Glasriket where art, glass, food, spa, and experiences come together. The hotel has 102 rooms, restaurants, the Glass Bar, a complete spa section, and modern conference facilities. Here, it's the people who make the difference, and together we create memorable experiences for our guests. About the Position As a night receptionist, you are the hotel's face during evenings and nights. You are responsible for providing our guests with personalized and professional service while handling administrative tasks and bookings. Your tasks will include: - Guest check-in and check-out - Managing bookings and guest requests - Administrative tasks and reporting - Ensuring the hotel runs smoothly during evenings and nights - Providing world-class service to our guests Working hours are: - Evening shift: 13.30–22.00 - Night shift: 21.30–07.00 This position is initially on an as-needed basis, but for the right person, it may lead to a longer-term assignment. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is positive, responsible, flexible, and proactive. You enjoy working independently, are service-oriented, and have a talent for building good relationships with both guests and colleagues. We'd like to see that you: - Have experience in hotel or reception work - Have worked in VisBook (a plus) - Are comfortable with administrative tasks - Have good computer skills - Speak and write both Swedish and English Education in hotel, tourism, or service is a plus.
