New, modern facilities for short-term LSS services and an LSS children's home are planned to open in Essunga Municipality in the coming period. The timing is not yet fully determined, but the goal is for the activities to start as soon as the facilities are ready. The short-term service will then move into adjacent premises. Responsibilities As a night shift support assistant, you create a safe, calm, and stable stay for children and young people with different needs. Your work primarily involves providing support during the night, ensuring good supervision, and being available when needed. You contribute to creating predictability and security, which is crucial for the children's well-being. Through your calm approach and presence, you contribute to a safe and caring environment where children get the rest and security they need during the night. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant, educator, or has other relevant education that the employer considers equivalent. You are stable and confident in yourself, flexible, and can quickly adapt when the service requires it. You are also loyal and have high work ethic.
