Finnstaskolan is an F-6 school in Bro with around 430 students from preschool class through grade 6. About 60 people work here. Finnstaskolan is characterized by a family spirit, well-developed safety work, and structured recess activities. We actively work to strengthen all students' language development and offer a language track for children with general language disorder or severe expressive language disorder. We are looking for you, a qualified music teacher for F–6. You will be part of one of our work teams at the school and work together with both teachers and recreation staff. We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed teacher with qualification to teach music for grades F–6. Finds it easy to build relationships and sees collaboration with students, colleagues, and parents as a natural success factor in your work. Feel confident in your leadership and use support structures that promote students' knowledge acquisition. Uses digital tools as a natural part of your teaching and plans your instruction based on Lgr22. To succeed as a teacher with us, you have good leadership skills, pedagogical insight, and excellent collaboration abilities. You are organized, flexible, and self-directed, and you dare to think creatively and commit yourself. You are well familiar with the school's governing documents and have the ability to individualize and vary your instruction based on students' circumstances.
