About the Position As an assembler at Wenmec, you will become part of a dedicated team working together on the assembly of technical systems and components. The work varies and includes both mechanical assembly as well as electrical, hydraulic, and automation elements. You work from drawings and instructions and have the opportunity to develop in the role alongside experienced colleagues. The position is based in Kil and work takes place in a modern production environment with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. You work 2-shift, Morning shift: 05:45 – 14:06 (Mon – Fri) Evening shift: 14:00 – 23:15 (Mon – Thu) In your role as an assembler, your main responsibilities will include: Assembly of technical components and systems Working from drawings and instructions Assembly in mechanics as well as some electrical and hydraulic work Participation in improvement and development work in production The assembler position is a long-term consulting assignment via Adecco with a start date by agreement. For the right person, there are good opportunities for direct employment with the client further down the road. About You We are looking for someone who is technically interested and enjoys practical work. You don't need several years of experience, but we would like to see that you have some background in industry, assembly, technology, or production, or alternatively an interest in technology/assembly and the desire to learn. If you have experience with blueprint reading, hydraulics, or electrical work, that is a merit, but not a requirement. What matters most is that you are curious, engaged, and want to develop together with the company. We also believe that you are thorough, responsible, and enjoy collaborating with others. You like finding solutions and are happy to contribute with a positive drive in your daily work. Important for the position: Technical interest and practical understanding Willingness to learn and develop Meticulousness and responsibility Good collaboration skills Merits: Experience in assembly or industrial work Blueprint reading Forklift and overhead crane certification Knowledge of electrical or hydraulic systems We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
