To thrive in this role, you should feel confident working with various machines and tools. You follow instructions, guidelines, and drawings without hesitation and have an easy time learning new tasks. If you have experience with skilled assembly work, this is highly valuable. Your Background We would like you to have: High school education, or Experience in assembly or other practical work If you've done a lot of work on cars, built and renovated at home, or have training from an electrical program, that's a big plus. Your Qualities We place great importance on you as a person. You are: Quality-conscious and thorough Solution-oriented and handy Driven and comfortable with occasionally high work pace A flexible team player with good collaboration skills You communicate and take instructions in Swedish without difficulty. Employment Type The position begins with a 6-month trial period, after which it is intended to transition into a permanent employment.
