You're a person who takes initiative and sees what needs to be done, ready to tackle the tasks. Job Description You will work with manufacturing the company's products. You should be quality-focused and very thorough as you will perform inspections and follow instructions via digital checklists. You have a good understanding of technology and assembly. Read, understand, and follow instructions. Knowledge in using quality and measurement tools. You have a sense of responsibility for assigned tasks. Disciplined and stress-resilient. Can work independently and in an organized manner. You will work closely with your team to ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities As a consultant, you are an ambassador for Yourstaff and are the heart of the operation. In your role as an assembler, you will work with varied tasks, including assembly and troubleshooting of products. The assembly work focuses on electrical components, and in this role you will work with electrical schematics and final testing. Your main responsibilities are as follows: Assembly of products in accordance with instructions/standards and guidelines provided by management. Inspection of assembled products to ensure they meet prescribed quality and quality standards. You will participate in daily team meetings with your team. Follow processes and all safety regulations and report risks/incidents to your supervisor. Participate in problem-solving and actively contribute suggestions for improvements/corrective actions. Assist in maintenance of machines and equipment. Working hours are full-time, daytime. Weekend work may occur. Qualifications At least one year of assembly experience Experience reading and understanding drawings is a plus Since the work is performed standing, good physical mobility is required You have basic computer skills Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Education High school competency with education in electrical/electronics or equivalent technical education is advantageous.
