You work independently, but also in close collaboration with your colleagues. Your responsibility is to ensure that production runs according to plan with the highest possible precision and safety. Job Description Job duties include, among others: *Programming and setup of machines *Maintain production within your production group *Quality inspection of manufactured goods and marking after completed operation *Reporting of deviations and improvement suggestions *Preventive maintenance (PM) according to plan and procedures *Ensure correct information transfer during shift changes *Handling of waste and chemicals according to applicable procedures *Contribute to resource-efficient production through conservation of energy and materials *When needed, perform other workshop-related tasks We Are Looking for You Who *Have experience as a CNC operator, preferably within heavy machinery manufacturing *Can read and interpret drawings and manufacturing documentation *Have good experience programming and setting up CNC machines *Are meticulous, self-driven, and responsible *Have an eye for improvements and quality *Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written *Have a B-level driver's license and access to a car About the Employment You will be employed by Montico, but work on-site at Motala Verkstad, a classic and well-established industrial workshop with a long tradition and modern ambitions.
