You're the person who always spreads joy and makes others look forward to seeing you—a real people person. At Mocca deli, we value personality above all else. We'd love to see that you have previous experience from a cafe/barista or bar environment. What matters most to us is that you have a genuine interest in food, coffee breaks, coffee, and everything that comes with the job—there's always more to learn! You will receive training once you start. What really matters to us is your ability to provide fantastic service, your warm smile, and your natural ability to "see" other people. These are the qualities we want all our staff to have. We're looking for someone who thrives working at a fast pace and who always maintains a cheerful and positive attitude. We prefer someone who is naturally happy, energetic, and able to handle stress. Fluent Swedish is a requirement for these positions. We are now hiring 2 people for part-time positions at approximately 75%, as well as additional staff for evenings and weekends. Of course, we also hope you might stay with us beyond the summer.
