About Us AB Boxholmsteknik is a municipal company responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of water, sewage, waste management, and recycling in Boxholm Municipality. We are a small team with great commitment and high expertise, delivering essential services to society every day. Right now we are facing an exciting development – we have introduced four-compartment containers and are modernizing our entire collection system. That's why we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it from the start and contribute to a sustainable future! About the Position The position primarily involves collecting household waste and recycling materials from households and housing cooperatives. The work takes place both out in the field and at the municipality's recycling center. You will have a lot of contact with our customers and serve as the face of the operation to the public. You will be part of a tight-knit team where we work together to make daily life function for Boxholm's residents. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, and service-oriented. You thrive with varied and physical work, have good teamwork abilities, and enjoy meeting people in your daily work. We also view very positively your ability to prioritize smartly, handle stress well, and easily switch between different tasks. Requirements Class C driver's license Valid YKB (Professional Competence Certificate) Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Meritorious: Experience from similar work in sanitation or waste management Employment Terms Fixed-term employment until 2026-10-31 which may be extended.
