* Our client is a machine shop in the Ljungby region focused on sheet metal processing and series manufacturing. We are now looking for a MIG/MAG welder for a long-term assignment through staffing. You will be employed by Montico and work at the client's site. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for takeover and direct employment with the client. Job Description In this role, you will primarily work with MIG/MAG welding of series-manufactured components in steel and sheet metal. You will weld according to drawings and WPS, take responsibility for joint preparation, and perform quality checks on your work. The production is characterized by repetitive tasks but with high demands on quality and precision. You will become part of a cohesive team in the welding and sheet metal workshop and work according to applicable safety procedures, with organization and order as a natural part of the workday. We Are Looking for You Requirements: * Documented experience with MIG/MAG welding in industrial production. * Valid welder certification according to SS-EN ISO 9606-1 for MIG/MAG (steel). * Good ability to read and work according to drawings and welding symbols. * Material knowledge in steel and sheet metal; experience with stainless steel or aluminum is a merit. * High quality and safety awareness and familiarity with self-inspection. * Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious: * Machine shop technical or industrial technical education with welding focus. * Experience in series manufacturing or work in production tempo. * Forklift and/or overhead crane certification. * Experience with related machine shop tasks such as grinding, straightening, or simple assembly.
