Job Description Do you want to be part of driving the development of future support services? We are now looking for a methodology developer for a completely new position within Daily Activities where you will have a unique opportunity to be involved from the start and influence both the task and the continued development of the activities. In your role as a methodology developer, you will have a key role in developing and quality-assuring the activities' working methods with a focus on quality, user benefit, and long-term development. You work both strategically and close to the activities in implementing and following up evidence-based methods and working practices. By monitoring the external environment for research, legislation, and national guidelines, you contribute to translating new knowledge into practice and creating sustainable working methods that make a real difference for both users and employees. The task includes educating, coaching, and supporting employees and managers in methodology issues, professional conduct, and quality development. You analyze the results of the activities and identify areas for improvement to strengthen quality, efficiency, and alignment within the organization. You are also the one who introduces new users to daily activities and serves as the first point of contact from daily activities when transitioning from school to daily activities. The role involves close work out in the activities where you meet users, employees, and collaboration partners in daily operations. Within the work team, there is also another methodology developer who works with residential services, which creates good opportunities for cooperation, experience sharing, and joint development within support services. You will become an important part of the activities' development work and collaborate with both internal and external actors to together create modern, high-quality, and user-focused activities. Working hours are set for daytime Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30. Qualifications Relevant post-secondary vocational education of at least 200 YH points or equivalent higher education with a pedagogical or social focus. Solid work experience within support service activities Good ability and confidence in speaking to new groups Experience in educating and providing methodology coaching in various contexts Ability for self-leadership and working independently Drive and commitment to developing activities together with others Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues toward development Meritorious Previous experience working as a methodology developer Personal Qualities Responsible and independent. Creative with a supportive approach Good collaboration skills and a solution-focused approach. Comfortable handling demanding situations. You have a positive and motivating approach that contributes to work satisfaction, team spirit, and good collaboration.
