Job Description Do you want to drive the development of future support services? Now we are seeking a methods developer for a brand new position within Daily Activities where you will have a unique opportunity to be involved from the start and influence both the mission and the continuing development of the business. In your role as methods developer, you will have a key responsibility in developing and ensuring quality in the business's working methods with a focus on quality, user benefit, and long-term development. You will work both strategically and close to the operations in implementing and following up on evidence-based methods and working practices. By monitoring research, legislation, and national guidelines, you contribute to translating new knowledge into practice and creating sustainable working methods that make a real difference for both users and employees. Your responsibilities include training, coaching, and supporting employees and managers in methodological issues, professional conduct, and quality development. You analyze operational results and identify improvement areas to strengthen quality, efficiency, and alignment throughout the organization. You are also the person who introduces new users to daily activities and serves as the primary contact from daily activities during the transition from school to daily activities. The role involves close work in the operations where you meet users, employees, and collaboration partners in daily work. Within the work team there is also another methods developer who works with residential services, which creates good opportunities for collaboration, experience sharing, and joint development within support services. You will become an important part of the business's development work and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to together create modern, high-quality, and user-focused services. Working hours are daytime Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30. Qualifications Relevant vocational college education of at least 200 YH credits or equivalent university education with a pedagogical or social focus. Substantial professional experience within support services Good ability and confidence in speaking to new groups Experience in training and providing methodological coaching in various contexts Ability for self-leadership and independent work Drive and commitment to developing operations together with others Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues toward development Meritorious Previous experience working as a methods developer Personal Qualities Responsible and independent. Creative with a supportive approach Good collaborative skills and a solution-focused approach. Comfortable handling challenging situations.
