We're now recruiting summer substitutes for the period June 1 to September 1 with the possibility of extension. In your role as a nursing assistant, you will perform care work for our clients, which means supporting and encouraging our home care clients in their daily lives. We always base our planning and implementation on the needs and wishes of our home care clients. The work includes social documentation, serving as a care contact, and collaboration with other colleagues, HSL staff, case managers, and family members. We're looking for staff members with the following competencies: Trained nursing assistant Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written (Swedish 2). Additional language skills, particularly Arabic and Kurdish, are a plus Experience working in elderly care Experience with social documentation and serving as a care contact Good computer skills B driver's license About You We expect you to be skilled at communicating with different types of people and to be responsive to both clients and colleagues. It's important that you are creative and can adapt to different situations and circumstances in clients' homes. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
