Description Resarö School is a 3-parallel grades F-6 school with 375 students. Classrooms are organized by grade level so teachers have excellent opportunities to collaborate around students. After-school care is located in specially adapted facilities. Teachers work closely together and there are opportunities to divide groups or have two teachers in the classroom on multiple occasions per week. This allows us to meet students where they are. At Resarö School, we work intensively with early intervention, which means you as a teacher will work closely with the school's special education teacher. We have an active student health team with a school nurse, school psychologist, and school counselor employed by us, so they can work closely with students and be a colleague at your side when needed. We have a great school library where students participate in choosing which books we should have. If you want to make use of outdoor spaces, Resarö School offers everything you could wish for with forest and sea as our nearest neighbors. When we feel something isn't working well in our operations, we change it and do things differently. We don't make it more complicated than that.
