About the Position Would you like to work in a highly automated and modern industrial environment where mechanics, problem-solving, and maintenance are central? We are now seeking a mechanic for Clas Ohlson's distribution center in Insjön. Here you will be part of a technical maintenance team working to ensure operations in an advanced logistics facility with fully automated warehouse systems, conveyor systems, and automated workflows. The role is varied and combines both preventive and corrective maintenance in an operation where technology, pace, and collaboration are crucial. You will work with light industrial mechanics with a focus on operational reliability, repairs, and quickly solving problems when they arise in the facility. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on automated systems and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical faults in warehouse and transport solutions (conveyor systems, conveyor belts, warehouse automation) Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical wear parts Report completed work in digital systems after each shift Participate in on-call duty when needed (for appropriate competence and by agreement) Location: Insjön Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Two-shift schedule with weekend work. Rotating schedule with consecutive time off. About You You are a practical and solution-oriented person who thrives in a technical industrial environment. You have a good understanding of mechanics and enjoy troubleshooting and working with your hands in an environment where no two days are the same. You are thorough, responsible, and work well with others. At the same time, you are independent and confident in making decisions when needed. We would appreciate your positive attitude and contribution to a good working climate in the team. Qualifications Industrial mechanical training or equivalent experience in mechanics/workshop technology Experience with mechanical maintenance, preferably in industrial or machine environments Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to read drawings and work with technical documentation Good Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written Basic IT skills and experience with digital reporting Meritorious Experience from process industry or automated warehouses Knowledge of turning/milling or workshop competence Work experience from heavy industry On-call experience or experience with shift work We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
