Mechanic, Motorcycle Mechanic, Technician
Description:
The position involves regular work at a motorcycle repair shop. With us, you'll find a fun and developmental mix of tasks. You will primarily perform service, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on motorcycles and ATVs, mainly our brands: Harley-Davidson, KTM, CF Moto, and Polaris. But also other well-known brands. The work is performed in our fresh, well-equipped branded workshop. We maintain high quality in our workmanship and in how we take care of our customers. We work in a seasonal industry, which means the pace picks up during spring and summer, so it's important that you can handle stress and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We take great pride in what we do and are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we believe you feel the same way. We would like to see that you have some form of service technical training as a foundation. And/or have experience repairing and servicing motorcycles, machinery, or other types of vehicles. You will get to work with the finest products in the industry. We will certify you as a mechanic for these brands. You will have the opportunity over time to attend training courses, which we will cover, so you become a certified brand mechanic for our brands. The position is full-time, permanent employment with a monthly salary by agreement. A collective agreement applies; we'd be happy to tell you more when we get the chance to meet. Personal qualities: We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with vehicles. You can work completely independently and follow manuals and independently solve your tasks. You are engaged, structured, efficient, and responsible. You are proud of your professional work and value high work quality and satisfied customers. Since the position involves both internal and external relationships, you understand the importance of being outgoing and having good collaboration skills, even under time pressure. You learn new instructions easily and enjoy a flexible work environment. In recruitment, great importance will be placed on your personal engagement. Driver's license requirement B and A (if you don't have an A-license, you should be prepared to obtain one as soon as possible to be able to test drive the vehicles you repair). Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems. You speak English well, but especially Swedish well, both spoken and written, so you can, among other things, read manuals and help customers with troubleshooting, etc. Previous experience in vehicle service/repairs is a merit. Work experience as a mechanic is an asset. Write: Application Mechanic in the subject line. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and the positions can be filled at any time.
