About the Position Hagfors Airport is independently operated, which means we handle all check-ins and ground services for our scheduled traffic to and from Stockholm Arlanda as well as other traffic. You will become part of a small, tight-knit team where you personally welcome our passengers and ensure that the airport's daily operations for ground and passenger handling run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Scope and Working Hours ● Employment Type: Hourly position. ● Working Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week. Working hours are scheduled and adjusted according to our flight departures to and from Arlanda. Main Responsibilities ● Welcome Passengers: Receive passengers at the counter before flights to Arlanda. ● Document Control: Verify tickets, identification documents, and bookings. ● Baggage Handling: Register, weigh, tag, and inspect baggage for dangerous goods and handle other baggage-related issues. ● Information: Provide clear information about flights, schedules, and safety procedures as needed. ● Problem Solving: Handle deviations flexibly, such as delays or rebookings. ● Administration: Perform other common administrative tasks. Basic Requirements for the Position ● Driver's License: Category B ● Language: You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently. ● Strong Service Orientation: You are passionate about customer service and personal attention. ● Calm Under Pressure: You maintain focus and a smile even when schedules are tight. ● Flexibility: You thrive with varying working hours adjusted to our flight departures.
