Want to work at an ICA store? Due to high demand from our ICA customers in Lund, we're looking for you to work 15-20 h/week in the delicatessen. About the Position We're seeking someone who enjoys working in a hands-on department with daily customer interaction at the forefront. You always strive to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. For this position, you need to be able to combine a fast pace with great attention to detail. Good teamwork is essential, as you'll work together with store staff to create an engaging and inspiring department. The store has a carefully selected range of delicatessen and charcuterie products, and all food safety regulations and self-inspection programs are strictly followed. Qualities You are service-minded and always greet customers with a smile. You are communicative, unpretentious, and a humble team player. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and have a positive attitude. You work efficiently, are stress-resilient, social, and outgoing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must. The importance of attention to detail and a thorough understanding of food safety is self-evident to you. You have a flexible approach to your tasks and are helpful on other departments as well. Meritorious Previous experience at ICA, Coop, Willys, Hemköp, and City Gross. You have previously worked in restaurants, cafés, cold cuts, delicatessens, fish counters, or bakeries. Employment Salary according to agreement. The position is approximately 15-20 h/week, with daytime, evening, and weekend shifts possible. Start immediately. Great opportunity for more hours in departments such as fish, bake-off, and kitchen.
