Measurement Technician

We are now seeking an experienced measurement technician for one of our customers in the manufacturing industry. The role suits you if you have good knowledge of coordinate measuring, quality assurance, and programming in Calypso. About the Position You will initially be employed as a consultant at Liberi Eskilstuna AB, a consulting firm specializing in measurement technology, quality, and technical specialist roles within industry. After a successful six-month trial period, the goal is for you to transition to a permanent position directly with the customer company. Responsibilities Program and optimize measurement programs in Calypso. Perform measurements on ZEISS coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Verify products and components against drawings and specification requirements. Analyze and document measurement results. Participate in deviation management and quality investigations. Support production, quality, and engineering in measurement technical matters. Work on improvements to measurement processes and measurement strategies. We are Looking for Someone Who Has Experience working as a measurement technician, measurement engineer, or quality technician. Good experience with ZEISS CMM systems. Experience with programming in Calypso. Good understanding of blueprint reading and geometric and positional tolerances. Experience from the manufacturing industry. Good knowledge of Swedish and English. Swedish citizenship Merits Experience with PPAP, FAI, MSA, or SPC. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949. Experience with optical measuring systems or 3D scanning. Experience with improvement initiatives in quality and production. Personal Qualities We believe you are: Thorough and quality-conscious.
