About the Position Start Date: As soon as possible Employment Type: 6-month fixed-term contract - opportunity for extension Work Location: Luleå/Piteå Working Hours: 07:30-16:30 As a food safety technician at Anticimex, you will work closely with customers in the food industry, such as producers, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Your work tasks include inspections, risk assessments, sampling, and pest control. You will document findings and actions and collaborate with customers and colleagues to ensure sustainable and effective solutions. Responsibilities Conduct inspections and risk assessments at customer food industry facilities Provide advice and support in implementing and monitoring hygiene and quality systems Perform sampling, which is sent for analysis Preventive pest control including preventive/control measures Increase customer competence in good hygiene practices and preventive work About You We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, organized, and solution-focused. You enjoy working independently with customers but also collaborate well in a team. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to explain technical aspects in an understandable way to different audiences. Formal Qualifications Post-secondary education in food science or equivalent practical experience from the food industry/environmental and health protection B-class driver's license Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Good proficiency with digital tools Meritorious Experience working in food inspection, quality assurance, hygiene, or similar is meritorious Experience with sampling Previous experience in consulting or customer contact As One of Us As a staffing consultant with us, you will always receive a competitive salary, vacation, pension contributions, insurance, and membership in our collective agreement.
