Job Description Randstad is now recruiting an experienced and flexible materials handler for a consulting assignment with our client in Trollhättan. This is a role for you who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to become an important part of a well-functioning logistics flow. The position begins with comprehensive training during daytime, but as operations can shift in periods, it is a requirement that you are completely open and available to transition to 2-shift work when needed. As a materials handler, you will work broadly with both goods reception and goods dispatch. Daily work requires extensive forklift experience, and you need solid experience handling both reach trucks and heavier counterbalance forklifts up to 5 tons. To be qualified for this position, you must have a valid forklift certification for A1–4 and B1–4, and your forklift certificate must not be older than five years. In addition to this, a driver's license and a traverse certificate are absolute requirements to perform daily tasks safely. As a person, you are a pronounced team player who finds it easy to collaborate with others, while being flexible enough to quickly adapt when conditions change. You take great personal responsibility for your work tasks and communicate fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing. The role also requires good computer skills, and you should feel comfortable using tools like MS Office in your work. If you also have experience with the business system SAP, have certification for terminal truck D2, or speak and write English, this is seen as a great advantage. Responsibilities Goods Handling: Efficiently and safely receive incoming deliveries and prepare goods for dispatch. Material Supply: Transport and place materials in the correct location in warehouse and production using counterbalance trucks, reach trucks, and traverses. Warehouse Administration: Register, check, and report material flows digitally in internal systems. Safety & Quality: Actively contribute to a safe work environment by following applicable safety regulations and handling goods with high precision. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with shift colleagues and flexibly support where it is most needed at any given time. Qualifications Forklift Certificate: Valid certification for A1–4 and B1–4, where the certificate is maximum 5 years old. Forklift Experience: Solid experience operating counterbalance forklifts (up to 5 tons) and reach trucks. Driver's License & Certificate: Driver's license and valid traverse certificate. Language: Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. IT Competence: Good general computer skills, including strong knowledge of MS Office.
