About the role As a material administrator with us, you will have a central role in production and material flow. You will work both administratively and practically with materials and inventory, with the goal of ensuring that the right material is in the right place at the right time. You will be part of a team where collaboration, quality, and responsibility are important parts of everyday work. The position is during daytime hours and suits you if you appreciate varied work where administration, inventory management, and practical tasks can all be included. Your responsibilities In your role as material administrator, you will, among other things: Administer and monitor material flows Ensure that materials are available for production Work with inventory management and internal material supply Contribute to good organization and structure in the warehouse Collaborate with production, warehouse, and other departments Participate in improvement work regarding work methods and material flows Perform assembly work as needed We are looking for you We are looking for someone who is meticulous, organized, and responsible. You have a natural ability to collaborate, but also thrive in taking independent responsibility and driving your work forward. We would like to see that you: Have a good sense of order and clear quality-focused thinking Thrive with varied work Are flexible and solution-oriented Have an interest in warehousing, material flow, and production Want to help develop our work methods Have proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written A driver's license is required. A forklift certification is a merit, but not required.
