Main Responsibilities: As an Equipment Rental Specialist, you have a central role in our operations and are an important contact person for our customers. Your day-to-day tasks include: Creating and nurturing good customer relationships through professional and attentive service Working proactively with service and sales based on customer needs Managing our rental inventory Providing clear and reliable guidance to our customers Qualifications: We value your attitude and willingness to develop. You have a genuine interest in people and enjoy working in a role where you get to collaborate and build relationships. To succeed in this role, we would like to see that you: Are communicative, attentive, and confident in meeting with others Have a structured work approach and good administrative skills Take responsibility, show initiative, and contribute to a positive work environment Have the ability to understand and meet customer needs in a professional manner Experience from rental operations, the construction industry, or customer service is advantageous, but not required.
