Job Description We at Nearyou are now seeking an experienced machine operator for our client NMC Sverige. This is a recruitment where you will become an important part of the operation and are offered a developing role in a stable and international industry. In your role as a machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring and optimizing the production process. You will work with setting up and adjusting machines to ensure efficient and quality production. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that the material flow into the machines runs smoothly and that finished products are handled and packed for delivery. The work also involves close collaboration with colleagues where you contribute to the bigger picture and provide support where needed. The pace can be high at times, which requires flexibility and good teamwork skills. The position involves shift work. Qualifications We are primarily looking for someone with previous experience working as a machine operator. Important qualities for the position are that you have the right attitude, are thorough, and have the ability to see the bigger picture of what you do. It is important that you can collaborate and are a good team player. For the right person, there are good development opportunities.
