About the Position Work Location: Vetlanda Working Hours: Irregular hours and shift work may occur Employment Type: Fixed-term employment 6 months - with opportunity for extension (full-time) Start Date: Immediately / by agreement As a machine operator in the metal industry, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various types of machinery in production. You ensure that work is performed according to drawings, measurements, instructions, and applicable quality standards. The role involves setting up machines, changing tools or components, performing routine inspections, and making necessary adjustments to keep the process running smoothly. You work according to established routines and safety regulations, document any deviations, and actively participate in improvement initiatives. Together with colleagues, you contribute to efficient, safe, and quality production. About You As a person, you are detail-oriented, responsible, and organized, with the ability to maintain focus even at a fast pace. You work methodically, solve problems in a calm and thoughtful manner, and don't hesitate to ask questions when needed.
