About the Position In this role, you will be a key person in our workshop team, participating in the entire process from production to installation at the customer's site. You will work on machine manufacturing according to drawings in the workshop as well as assembly and commissioning at the customer's location. The role requires technical interest, ability to work independently, teamwork skills, and customer contact. It is varied work where you get to work with interesting technical tasks and there are opportunities for development within the company. Responsibilities As part of our workshop team, you will be involved in both workshop work and work at the customer's site. Workshop work: - Single-unit manufacturing of machines and machine constructions according to drawings - Turning, milling, welding, assembly, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical assembly - Test runs, painting, and delivery Work at customer site: - Assembly as well as commissioning and calibration of machine systems Other Information The position is full-time and working hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. You will be offered a permanent position with a 3+3 month probationary period at INKAB in Hjo, starting by mutual agreement. Your Profile We are looking for someone with technical interest and practical experience. At least 5 years of experience from a workshop or mechanical work is meriting. You are social, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You can read and use drawings, have good communication and collaboration skills, and take personal responsibility for your work. It is meriting to have the ability to understand and work in SolidWorks, including navigating the program. Formal education is not a requirement, but technical education is meriting and we can adapt the role if you are an engineer.
