At Önnestadsgymnasiet, we offer five specializations and a total of 9 vocational pathways within our natural resources program. Here we study and teach natural resources in practice through specializations in forestry, animal care, nature tourism, equestrian management, and agriculture. The tone between staff and students is personal, classes are small, and both facilities and educational grounds are of high quality. Since 2010, Hushållningssällskapet Skåne has been the main operator of Önnestadsgymnasiet, which provides a stable and secure foundation for our operations. We have more than 50 employees working in coordination for our 230 students. Önnestadsgymnasiet is located 8 km northwest of Kristianstad. About the position: As a machinery operator/instructor with us, you will primarily work operating and handling agricultural machinery, and also perform machinery service and repairs. It is a varied job where each day is unique and challenges are numerous. You work closely with colleagues in a cohesive team and support practical activities where safety, order, and professional pride are in focus. The role is diverse and eventful with extensive school agriculture operations. About you: You have an interest in machinery and are passionate about sharing your knowledge with young people who will work in the future of natural resources. You are confident in your professional role, have good teamwork skills, and contribute to a positive, safe, and respectful work environment. You work in a structured manner and easily switch between independent work and team collaboration. If you have strong skills operating agricultural machinery and a spray certification, we consider that highly advantageous. If you don't have spray certification, you should be willing to obtain it.
