We have broad professional expertise in sheet metal processing and machine processing. Our focus is on small batch manufacturing such as prototypes and small series sizes. We work with commonly used steel qualities, stainless steel, and aluminum. We are currently certified in ISO9001, ISO 3834-2, and EN ISO 1090-1 Experience working independently with cutting sheet metal on a CNC-controlled cutting machine (laser/plasma/gas) is advantageous but not required. Job Description - Main Responsibilities: - Based on needs (schedule), conduct daily detailed planning for the cutting machine. - Based on manufacturing orders, drawings, and with the help of nesting programs and cutting files, create operating programs for the CNC-controlled cutting machine. - Monitor/operate the CNC cutting machine. - Handle sheet metal/parts with truck and overhead/rotary crane. - Inventory sheet metal warehouse. - Order gas. - Request purchase of consumable materials for the cutting machine. Your Qualifications: Experience with welding/operation of cutting machines for sheet metal of various types of materials, primarily black material.
