Your Role This is a broad and varied position. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support, coordinate, and drive marketing initiatives across the organization. You'll handle everything from planning and executing trade shows and campaigns to producing content for various channels and languages, coordinating agencies and freelancers, and ensuring salespeople have what they need for customer conversations. Key Responsibilities: Planning, Coordination and Collaboration: - Coordinate ongoing marketing work and ensure activities, campaigns, and materials are executed according to plan - Receive and prioritize marketing needs from sales, product, and other departments - Brief and coordinate agencies, freelancers, and other external partners, and follow up on deliverables against timeline and quality standards Events and Trade Shows: - Coordinate trade shows and events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up Product Launches: - Support planning and execution of launches across our channels - Develop campaign and launch content for product launches Production and Content: - Produce and adapt content for various channels, languages, and target audiences, such as text, images, social media posts, and newsletters - Produce and update sales support materials such as presentations and product sheets Social Media and Web: - Manage ongoing social media publishing and monitor engagement - Publish and update content on the website and intranet Digital Marketing and Analytics: - Optimize content for search and web visibility - Support setup, optimization, and tracking of paid advertising - Produce and execute email campaigns - Compile reports and key metrics from campaigns Brand and Quality: - Manage image library, templates, and brand materials - Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and tone Your Profile This role suits you if you have a solid foundation in marketing, enjoy owning your tasks, and work independently in your day-to-day work. You take your own initiative and have a structured approach that ensures things actually get done. We'd like to see that you're curious about AI and how it can be used both in marketing work and to develop new ways of working. We're looking for someone with: - 1–3 years of experience in an operational marketing role, preferably with a background in marketing or communications - Experience coordinating internal requests and working with external suppliers - Excellent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as many collaboration partners speak English - Good proficiency with the Office suite - Valid driver's license It's a plus if you have: - Experience with sales support materials and presentations - Experience with event and trade show logistics - Experience with CMS systems, such as Litium, WordPress, etc. - Experience with email and CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Mailchimp - Experience with basic content production in text, image, or video, preferably with experience in Adobe Creative Suite - Experience with web analytics and campaign tracking, such as Google Analytics - Understanding of B2B marketing and the relationship between marketing and sales Practical Information: Location: Ulricehamn Scope: Full-time, 100% Employment Type: Permanent position with Guide with an initial trial period of 6 months Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement; the right person takes priority over timeline Recruitment Process In this recruitment process, Guide Gloves is working with the consulting and recruitment firm Clevry.
