At Expander, part of Nord-Lock Group, a wholly owned business area within the global industrial conglomerate Latour, we are undergoing a transformation, and we are now seeking a Marketing Manager who wants to drive our marketing forward to the next level. The role reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing for Expander, where you ensure that we use our marketing budget optimally; from marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads. About the Role As Marketing Manager for Expander, you will lead Expander's marketing efforts with a European focus and global coordination. You will work closely with sales, product/engineering, and group marketing, and also collaborate with colleagues within Nord-Lock Group's sister brands (Nord-Lock®, Superbolt®, Boltight®, and Energy Bolting). This is a role for someone who thrives in an international environment, working across time zones, cultures, and functions. Your day-to-day work involves contributing to growth through marketing and communications initiatives, and strengthening our brand internationally, where you take ownership and drive the work with a focus on concrete business impact. · Strategy and Execution: You develop and drive Expander's marketing strategy, ensure brand positioning, and create activities to achieve our business and sales objectives, prioritizing across customer segments, industries, and markets. · Demand and Growth: We are on a journey where we need to take our lead generation to the next level, and you have a clear mandate to drive initiatives that improve conversion throughout the customer journey, and you are responsible for our channel strategy. · Data-Driven Optimization: You monitor KPIs and ROI to ensure our investments generate quality leads, strengthen the brand, and drive conversion. · Sustainability in Focus: You contribute to communicating our climate transition plans and our validated climate targets according to SBTi. · Digital Development: You take ownership of and drive optimization of our digital presence, SEO, AI-SEO, and data-driven marketing using modern tools with guidance from core specialists at Nord-Lock Group, with a focus on scaling our business. Qualifications We are looking for a business-driven person with a clear focus on growth and experience working hands-on in a fast-paced environment, who thrives in both developing strategy and driving operational implementation. We believe that you: · Have several years of solid experience in B2B marketing, preferably from the industrial or technology sector. · Are experienced in collaborating closely with sales/product teams and understand commercial priorities. · Are organized, curious, and ambitious. · Have relevant academic education in marketing. · Are comfortable navigating an international environment and communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written. · Are driven by performance improvement, with a strong interest in technology and digital tools. · Have experience working with SharePoint, CMS and CRM tools, and project management tools. · Have basic skills in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
