About the role As an LSS Case Manager, you have meaningful and varied work where you investigate, assess, and follow up on needs and services. Your focus is on cases within the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS) and certain services under the Social Services Act (SoL), such as residential support and employment activities. You are an important part of ensuring legally sound assessments and that services are based on the individual's needs, wishes, and life situation. Your work duties • Investigate, assess, and make decisions according to LSS and parts of SoL • Follow up on approved services and ensure quality and goal fulfillment • Maintain close dialogue with the individual and their relatives • Collaborate with colleagues, service providers, and other internal and external partners • Contribute to the development of operations and professional working methods We offer With us, you get work where you truly make a difference every day. QUALIFICATIONS • Degree in Social Work or equivalent higher education that the employer deems equivalent. • B driver's license. • Knowledge of applicable legislation in the field. • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. • Experience with government authority work within SoL/LSS. • Experience with IBIC.
