About Swissport Lounges Swissport operates over 80 Aspire Lounges worldwide and welcomes millions of travelers every year. With more than 35 years of award-winning guest service experience, we offer comfort, quality, and elegance in a calm and sophisticated environment. The perfect start to every journey. We are now establishing Aspire Lounges in Sweden for the first time and building operations at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. About the Role As a Lounge Agent, you are a central part of the guest experience in the lounge. You meet travelers from around the world and ensure they feel welcome, seen, and well taken care of from the very first moment. The role is operational and hands-on. You work closely with both guests and colleagues and contribute to maintaining a high service level throughout the day. Your tasks vary and can include everything from welcoming guests and managing entry to serving, restocking the buffet, and ensuring the lounge is comfortable, clean, and well-organized. You are an important part of the team and collaborate closely with other Lounge Agents and Supervisors to create smooth operations and a positive atmosphere in the lounge. Responsibilities In this role, you are responsible for providing guests with a professional and warm service experience throughout their stay in the lounge. You ensure the lounge always maintains high standards in terms of service, order, hygiene, and atmosphere. You assist guests with questions, guide them through the lounge, and ensure food, beverages, and common areas meet the right quality. You follow established procedures for security, hygiene, and service, and actively contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for both business and leisure travelers. Qualifications and Experience We believe you thrive in a service-oriented role and enjoy working with people in an environment where the pace can vary. Requirements Experience in service, customer service, or similar role Good communication skills in Swedish and English Ability to work in a structured manner even during busy periods Service-oriented, responsible, and collaborative Cleared for security screening for work at an airport Basic computer skills It is an advantage if you have experience from hotels, restaurants, lounges, airports, or other premium service environments, but your attitude, your commitment, and your desire to create a great experience for guests are what matter most.
