Description:

As an estimator with us, you'll become an important team player in our demolition operations. You'll be part of our estimating team represented across multiple locations in Sweden, with ongoing collaboration via Teams and close contact with colleagues and managers. This is not a specialized estimator position, but a role for someone who wants to be involved in the bigger picture and has an understanding of drawings, quantities, and estimation materials. You'll plan much of your workday yourself, depending on where you are in your projects, and you'll operate from our office in Botkyrka, south of Stockholm. In this role, you'll work with and be responsible for receiving and evaluating incoming requests. You'll prepare quantity calculations and ensure solid groundwork for the estimation process. Afterward, you'll collaborate with the estimating team on pricing and building the estimate. Beyond this, you'll also be in dialogue with customers and colleagues and conduct site visits. Together with our estimating team, you'll work closely with our light and heavy demolition operations, primarily in Stockholm and the Mälardalen region, though longer trips may occur. In the long term, there are good opportunities to develop further within estimation and gradually take on greater responsibility, including managing your own estimates in light and heavy demolition, conducting estimate handovers, and having broader responsibility in the estimation process. We believe that you who are applying have previous experience with estimation work or experience working in the construction industry but want to develop in a new direction. We'd like to see that you: · Have previous experience with estimation work · Have experience from the construction industry · Have good understanding of drawings and quantity calculations · Have experience with or interest in estimation work · Have good Excel skills (calculations and analysis) · Have basic knowledge of Word · Have a B driver's license · Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Merits: · Experience with tools such as Wikells and Bluebeam · Bas-U · Experience working with asbestos To thrive in this role, we believe you are communicative and clear.
