We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries. In Sweden, children's rights work takes place primarily through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad, in close cooperation with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate about 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand stores in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus as possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen. 1 position(s). Erikshjälpen is now seeking an engaged and self-driven salary administrator for our Finance Department. Could you be our new colleague? We welcome your application! Description: As a salary administrator, you are responsible for ensuring correct and timely salary management in accordance with applicable laws, collective agreements, internal policies, and guidelines throughout Erikshjälpen. Your role involves close collaboration with HR, finance, and managers, as well as contact with authorities and external parties. The position is 50% and involves working 2 weeks per month on full working days. Work Tasks: Examples of work tasks: Manage and quality assure the entire salary process from documentation to payment Registration and control of working hours, schedule changes, and various types of absence Interpretation and application of collective agreements and applicable laws Issue employer certificates Reporting to various authorities Support managers with salary-related questions, preparation of documentation for financial statements, audits, and statistical reporting Reports to HR Secure handling of personal data according to GDPR Other administrative work tasks may be added Qualifications: You: have documented experience in salary administration, preferably 5 years have a relevant high school diploma or equivalent education from a vocational college have good knowledge of Swedish tax legislation, labor law, and collective agreements have good experience with personnel and salary systems, preferably Flex HRM/Kontek have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing are experienced working in various systems, particularly in Microsoft Office programs share our values based on three core principles; the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Erik's spirit, and a Christian worldview You are: service-oriented and enjoy supporting others through being pedagogical and communicative flexible and solution-oriented self-driven and always thorough, organized, and structured in your work approach a person with good collaboration skills and enjoys building relationships stress-resistant and experienced in handling multiple and different matters simultaneously Meritorious: Additional education in labor law Experience from larger organizations' salary management Knowledge of pensions, insurance, and process development We offer you As an employee at Erikshjälpen, you get to work in an organization where you, together with engaged colleagues around the world, work to promote children's rights.
