Payroll Administrator for Client in Örebro
Description:
Do you want to combine structure, service, and impact? Become a Payroll Administrator for our client in Örebro and create security, quality, and smooth HR processes in a dedicated team! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to work in a role where structure meets service and where you really make a difference in the daily lives of both employees and managers? As a Payroll Administrator with us, you'll be part of a dedicated team of colleagues in payroll and HR, where together you ensure quality, efficiency, and a smooth experience for the entire organization. You are a key central figure in the flow between payroll, HR, and operations. You ensure not only that the correct salary is paid on time – you also create security by being a natural point of contact for questions related to payroll and HR. In your daily work, you switch between operational precision and personal contact. You work with payroll, travel expense reports, and HR data, while at the same time – together with your team – you guide colleagues through processes and routines. Here you'll also have the opportunity to make an impact – we value ideas that simplify, streamline, and develop our ways of working, especially through digitalization. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who not only works with payroll – but who cares about the quality in every detail and the experience for every employee. You have a few years of experience in payroll administration or similar, and relevant education as a foundation. You feel comfortable in both Swedish and English and are skilled at navigating different systems and tools. As a person, you are: Thorough without getting caught up in details Service-oriented with a genuine commitment to helping others Organized and confident in prioritizing when the pace shifts A team player who enjoys working closely with others and contributing to the team's success Curious and open to improving and developing ways of working You thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility on your own and collaborate closely with others – and you naturally handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
