We are a private company that provides personal assistance services to clients across the country. Currently, we have approximately 700 employees. We are now looking for an experienced payroll administrator who wants to take full responsibility for the payroll process and contribute to our continued development. Our wonderful payroll administrator is retiring at the end of the year after long and loyal service. We are therefore starting the recruitment process now to create good conditions for a secure and well-planned handover. About the role As a payroll administrator with us, you are responsible for the entire payroll process – from source materials to final salary and follow-up. You work both independently and in close collaboration with the finance and administration team. Your main responsibilities: · Responsible for payroll processing and pre- and post-processing work · Handle payroll data, discrepancies, and controls · Work in Primass and Cronalön · Interpret laws, regulations, and collective agreements · Contact authorities and external parties · Produce statistics, reports, and certificates · Contribute to the development of routines and work methods Who are you? Requirements · Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and collective agreements · Good system proficiency (payroll and administrative systems) · Excellent Excel skills · Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing Meritorious · Post-secondary education in payroll, finance, or equivalent · Several years of experience with qualified payroll work · Experience working with all or major parts of the payroll process · Experience with Primass and/or Cronalön · Experience from labor-intensive operations · Experience working with analyses, statistics, and reports · Experience in developing routines and processes What we offer With us, you get an important and long-term role in an operation where the payroll function is a central part of the organization.
