JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Hedemora Kommunfastigheter AB is seeking a stairwell cleaner responsible for stairwells, basement corridors, and laundry rooms in Hedemorabostäder's rental buildings. QUALIFICATIONS Basic requirements: • Driver's license category B for vehicles with manual transmission • You need to be able to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing in order to understand instructions and have contact with residents • Thorough, reliable, and service-oriented • Good physical fitness (the work can be physically demanding) • You have a friendly demeanor and good teamwork skills, while being able to plan and perform your work independently. Meritorious qualifications: • Previous experience in stairwell cleaning or other property-related cleaning • Experience with cleaning machines Applications accepted immediately as selection and interviews are conducted continuously.
