With us, you get to work with something that matters most to people—their homes. Your Role We are now looking for a Facilities Cleaner for Uppsalahem's Eastern District. As a Facilities Cleaner at Uppsalahem, you are one of those who works closest to our customers. You enjoy meeting people and radiate joy in customer interactions. You contribute to our tenants' well-being by keeping our buildings' common areas clean and well-maintained. Your tasks include cleaning stairwells, laundry rooms, and basement corridors. In your role, you are responsible for one or more residential areas, which gives you great freedom to plan your work independently. You work mostly independently but are part of a tight team, and we sometimes help each other with our respective areas. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: - a basic school education, while a high school diploma is a merit - previous experience in facilities maintenance work - a B-class driver's license - good knowledge of Swedish If you have completed training in this field, that is a merit. Since you will be in contact with our tenants, we want you to be good at communicating and showing commitment and empathy. You are thorough and responsible and can independently identify which work needs to be done.
