Our property portfolio in Markaryd consists of 800 apartments in Markaryd, Strömsnäsbruk, and Timsfors. We are a driven and engaged team of 10 people with various roles such as facilities technicians, caretakers, property coordinators, leasing agents, property managers, and area managers. We are now looking for two service-oriented facilities caretakers who want to be part of our team and develop together with us! About the Position In your role you will perform general facilities maintenance such as cleaning stairways and landings, perform basic floor care, empty trash bins, and in some cases conduct final cleaning of apartments. You should also ensure that your work area is clean and well-maintained, and follow existing work procedures and safety regulations. Your Profile Previous experience with similar tasks Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing B-class driver's license In this recruitment process, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
