Facility Attendant for Dalhalla and Rättvik Arena

We are looking for facility attendants for our arenas! Do you want to help create clean and welcoming environments for thousands of visitors each year? We are now seeking a dedicated facility attendant who wants to become part of our team and help maintain high quality standards at our arenas. YOUR ROLE As a facility attendant with us, you are an important part of the visitor experience. Through your work, you ensure that our visitors are met with clean, pleasant, and welcoming environments. The position covers Rättvik Arena with its surrounding outdoor areas, as well as Dalhalla during the summer. Your responsibilities will include: Daily cleaning and sanitation Waste removal and management of source separation and recycling Ordering and restocking consumable materials Cleaning during transitions between different events Floor maintenance and operation of cleaning equipment according to procedures Reporting defects, damage, or maintenance needs in the facilities Work supervision YOUR PROFILE To thrive with us, you are thorough, dedicated, and enjoy taking responsibility. You have a positive attitude, take initiative, and see what needs to be done. Since our operations are characterized by events, you are flexible and comfortable with varying work hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasionally nights. In addition to organizing events, we are also responsible for the operation and maintenance of our properties. We have 30 employees working year-round, and during peak season the organization grows to nearly 500 people.
