AllboHus Fastighets AB is a municipally-owned property company that owns and manages residential and commercial properties in several locations in Alvesta municipality. AllboHus' portfolio includes approximately 1,850 apartments and 118,000 square meters of commercial space. About 110 employees from various professional groups work at AllboHus every day to create homes for Alvesta's residents. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Facilities maintenance is divided into teams with a team leader and 59 cleaners. We're now looking for more great colleagues for our teams in Alvesta, Moheda, and Grimslöv. Together we clean municipal facilities and stairwells, perform move-out cleanings, and conduct periodic floor maintenance for our tenants. We use job rotation, which provides variety in work and shared responsibility. Within the same geographic area, additional colleagues in other professional roles manage tenant relations, property repairs, and outdoor environments. Work locations: Alvesta, Moheda, and Grimslöv. Full-time hours are typically weekdays 06.00-15.00. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with a high school diploma and experience cleaning public facilities. You're driven to deliver good service, are solution-oriented, and have an organized work style. You're also receptive to continuous improvements within your area of responsibility and have the ability to see what needs to be done to increase safety and comfort. Training in SRY/PRYL and experience operating and maintaining cleaning equipment are advantageous. The position requires good physical fitness and strong Swedish language skills. We place great importance on your personal suitability. A manual B-class driver's license is required. Employment Type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent. The position is 75-100% and is a permanent appointment with start date by agreement. We have a 6-month probationary period.
