We at Local Services are expanding and looking for more dedicated and self-motivated facilities attendants to join our team. Are you someone who enjoys varied work tasks, has a strong work ethic, and likes to provide excellent service? Then you might be just what we're looking for! The work tasks include facilities maintenance, house cleaning, move-out cleaning, and window cleaning. We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience with the above-mentioned work tasks Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility Ability to work both independently and as part of a team B-class driver's license for manual transmission vehicles Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor We offer: A varied and active workday Friendly colleagues and a good working environment Opportunity for development within the company This position is on an as-needed hourly basis, and we are recruiting on an ongoing basis—it's an advantage if you can start immediately.
