Our production spans everything from fresh and frozen fish products to refined delicacies such as smoked salmon, marinated shellfish, and flavorful salads. About the Food Production Operator role As a food production operator, you'll work through multiple stages of the production chain – from preparation to finished product. Your tasks may include: Preparing and handling raw materials, such as loading smoking carts or curing Filling materials such as raw materials, ingredients, and packaging Forklift operation and material transport Conducting quality inspections and following hygiene and safety procedures Monitoring production, addressing any downtime, and making adjustments as needed Participating in our continuous improvement efforts for even more efficient and sustainable production Who are you? We're looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment. You take initiative, collaborate easily, and want to contribute to a positive workplace culture. Previous experience in food production is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the willingness to learn and a positive attitude. A forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement – the right person will receive the necessary training. What do we offer?
