And for everyone who will live here in the future. Welcome! 4 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a care-responsible nurse, you are part of maintaining patient safety at Landskrona Omsorg AB. You will work together with a group of care-responsible nurses where you will have access to support and assistance. Within Landskrona City, there is an HSL group with extended delegations. The extended delegations and management of the HSL group's nursing assistants are handled via the care-responsible nurses at ordinary residences in home health care. We are co-located in a building at Kungsgatan 15 with various professionals working with our patients, which provides new perspectives and increased quality for patients enrolled in home health care, ordinary residences, LSS housing, and care and nursing facilities. The position includes traditional duties for a care-responsible nurse in municipal primary care. Supporting and encouraging staff, relatives, and other care providers is part of your responsibilities. The work involves contacts within your own department and with other care providers, inpatient care, primary care, and ambulance services in the region. You will be in contact with medical technology and patients with complex care needs. You need good computer skills and ability to handle modern technology. We want your work to be characterized by an ethical approach and carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines. As a person, you have good interpersonal skills, work for good results, and take responsibility. You work methodically and with a scientific approach. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a district nurse, specialist nurse with a focus on elderly care, or general nurse. Experience in municipal care, palliative care, inpatient care, and primary care is advantageous. Good experience documenting in medical record systems.
